The Executive Assistant (EA) is a positive thinking, self-motivated, flexible professional who understands their role as a data and information protector for the growing team. They possess integrity and the desire to grow- both personally and professionally. The EA supports all aspects of the team, with an emphasis on systems.
As a key member of the Operations team, the EA will support the entire team. The EA will work closely with the agents and the Director of Operations as gatekeeper of the CRM database and tracking of critical data. This person relishes the opportunity to maintain and enhance processes through an analytical lens. This individual is 100% committed to empowering the team to achieve advanced levels of success. Numbers and spreadsheets excite an individual who is a fit for this position.
